A Movement Narrative Workshop with Nicole Kadar, Artists Director of NK&D / a movement company.
Take a moment to take a breath and deconstruct the emotions of the current time through creative exploration. Through written text and movement we will take notice, recognize, create, and decompress. No experience necessary; just a desire to be creative in a safe space.

Every second Friday of the month will be via Facebook Live the others will be via Zoom.
15 minute Pilates taught by Caitlin Potosnak followed by 30 minute Modern Contemporary class taught by Nicole.
